Resumen
El propósito de este estudio es fortalecer la competencia ciudadana "Convive y Participa democráticamente", a través de la participación de los estudiantes en talleres educativos que funcionen como espacios para participar democráticamente, emitir opiniones y tomar acciones positivas para su sociedad. Este proyecto quiere ayudar a desarrollar las capacidades de los estudiantes para participar en una sociedad democrática y sensibilizar a la comunidad escolar para una mejor convivencia.
Al inicio del proyecto se describe la situación de los estudiantes peruanos respecto a la educación ciudadana, se mencionan algunos antecedentes del proyecto y se explican los principales conceptos de esta propuesta.
Finalmente, se proponen tres estrategias de intervención: la inserción de la propuesta en los documentos oficiales del currículo institucional; el análisis e investigación sobre un problema de la escuela o comunidad y su relación con las políticas públicas, y la ejecución de un plan de participación ciudadana.
The purpose of this study is to strengthen the civic competence "Convive y Participa Democraticamente", through the participation of students in educational workshops that function as spaces to participate democratically, to express opinions and take positive actions for their society. This project aims to help develop the abilities of students to participate in a democratic society and sensitize the school community to a better coexistence. At the beginning of the project, the situation of Peruvian students regarding citizen education is described, some background of the project is mentioned and the main concepts of this proposal are explained. Finally, three intervention strategies are proposed: the insertion of the proposal in the official documents of the institutional curriculum; the analysis and investigation regarding a problem of the school or community and its relationship with those public policy, and execution a citizen participation plan.
