Mejora de procesos en la gestión de mantenimiento preventivo de la flota de camiones mineros Komatsu 930E en una empresa minera

Resumen
En el desarrollo del presente estudio, veremos de manera previa la justificación y
objetivos, determinando el objetivo general como la mejora de los procesos en la
gestión de mantenimiento preventivo de la flota de camiones mineros Komatsu 930E
en una Empresa Minera.
El principal problema que veremos en el presente estudio, es la Inadecuada Estrategia
para la realización del Mantenimiento Preventivo, lo cual se concluyó luego de realizar
una encuesta a los 52 trabajadores del Taller de reparación de camiones, con un 37%
de incidencia, obteniendo la principal criticidad; luego de haber identificado el
problema más crítico es que procedemos a analizarlo de manera específica y
cuantificable, para así poder determinar una propuesta de mejora.
En el análisis del Mantenimiento Preventivo, hemos determinado que en los últimos
dos años: 2017, 2018, existió un 78% de Mantenimiento Correctivo, del 100% de
tiempo en Mantenimiento, en la flota de camiones Komatsu 930E, lo cual es muy
alarmante.
Luego de haber determinado el porcentaje del tiempo en Mantenimiento Correctivo,
tenemos que analizar el Mantenimiento Preventivo, ya que una inadecuada aplicación
del mismo podría ser el motivo de tantos correctivos; por lo que hemos determinado
que en los últimos dos años: 2017, 2018, la mayor incidencia dentro del
Mantenimiento Preventivo es el que se realiza en las 500HR, por lo que a partir de esta
inferencia, pasaremos a establecer nuestra propuesta de mejora, la cual consiste en
aumentar el tiempo en Mantenimiento Preventivo/500HR, para poder disminuir el
Tiempo de Mantenimiento Correctivo.
El tiempo invertido en el Mantenimiento Preventivo va a reflejar una disminución del
tiempo de Mantenimiento Correctivo.
In the development of the present study, we will see beforehand the justification and objectives, determining the general objective as the improvement of the processes in the management of preventive maintenance of the fleet of mining trucks Komatsu 930E in a Mining Company. The time invested in Preventive Maintenance will reflect a decrease in Corrective Maintenance time.
