Resumen
Lomas de Lachay es un destino turístico ubicado en Lima cuyo objetivo principal es restaurar y proteger la flora, fauna y paisaje a través de la investigación, educación, turismo y recreación. La tesis titulada “Diversificación de oferta turística en la Reserva Nacional de Lomas de Lachay” tiene como objetivo conocer la demanda actual en el destino para la diversificación de productos turísticos.
El trabajo de investigación consta de siete capítulos: En el capítulo I; se desarrolla el Marco teórico conceptual; en el capítulo II, de Lomas de Lachay se aborda los antecedentes vinculados al marco jurídico, situación de partida, principales impactos, afluencia turística; en el capítulo III, se detalla el diagnóstico conformado por el análisis de oferta, demanda y zonificación de la reserva. En el capítulo IV, se desarrolla la metodología de investigación; en el capítulo V, se abordan los resultados vinculados al perfil del visitante, nivel de satisfacción y expectativas de los visitantes; en el capítulo VI, se desarrollan las propuestas y por último en el capítulo VII, se proponen las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
Lomas de Lachay is a tourist destination located in Lima whose main objective is to restore and protect flora, fauna and landscape through research, education, tourism and recreation. The thesis entitled "Diversification of tourism offer in the Lomas de Lachay National Reserve" aims to meet the current demand at the destination for the diversification of tourism products. The research work consists of seven chapters: In Chapter I; the conceptual theoretical framework is developed; Chapter II, of Lomas de Lachay, addresses the background related to the legal framework, starting situation, main impacts, tourist influx; Chapter III details the diagnosis made up of the analysis of supply, demand and zoning of the reserve. In Chapter IV, the research methodology is developed; in chapter V, the results related to the visitor's profile, level of satisfaction and expectations of the visitors are addressed; in chapter VI, the proposals are developed and finally in chapter VII, the conclusions and recommendations are proposed.
