dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio busca determinar la viabilidad comercial, técnica y económica sobre la implementación de un servicio on-cloud para la administración de mantenimientos preventivos de camiones de transporte de carga para el mercado limeño, usando las herramientas y los conocimientos aprendidos a lo largo de la carrera. El servicio llevará el nombre de “SPLAREM” y se ofrecerá al mercado en diferentes tipos de paquetes de acuerdo a la cantidad de vehículos, con un periodo de licencia mínima de 6 meses. Para el cálculo de estudio de inversión, económico y financiero se usará el costo de la tarifa promedio (S/.40) según los resultados de las encuestas. El mercado objetivo está conformado por el segmento empresarial pyme de los distritos de ATE, Santa Anita y El Callao del departamento de Lima; de acuerdo a la demanda insatisfecha se proyecta para el año 2022 una cantidad de 2648 empresas, de las cuales según la demanda susceptible de nuestra encuesta (25%) se tiene 662 empresas a gestionar con un promedio de 6 vehículos por empresa. El servicio se brindará de forma remota a través de la nube con una capacidad inicial de 3950 vehículos gestionables por mes. El área técnica trabajará al día con un total de 3 ingenieros en una jornada diaria, el personal administrativo estará conformado por 1 secretaria y 1 contador. La inversión total del proyecto asciende a S/. 100,677 considerando un aporte del 35% de capital social y el resto financiado por el Banco de Crédito a cuotas crecientes. Según criterios de inversión, el proyecto brinda un VAN económico de S/.27, 492; con una TIR económica de 28.2% y un VAN financiero de S/.29, 933; con una TIR financiera de 33.6%. Estos resultados indican que el proyecto será viable y rentable en ambos escenarios.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present study seeks to determine the commercial, technical and economic viability of the implementation of an on-cloud service for the administration of preventive maintenance of cargo transport trucks for the Lima market, using the tools and knowledge learned throughout the career. The service will be called "SPLAREM" and will be offered to the market in different types of packages according to the number of vehicles, with a minimum license period of 6 months. For the calculation of investment, economic and financial study the cost of the average rate (S / .40) will be used according to the results of the surveys. The target market is made up of the SME business segment of the districts of ATE, Santa Anita and El Callao of the department of Lima; According to the unsatisfied demand, it is projected for the year 2022 a quantity of 2648 companies, of which according to the demand susceptible of our survey (25%), there are 662 companies to be managed with an average of 6 vehicles per company. The service will be provided remotely through the cloud with an initial capacity of 3950 manageable vehicles per month. The technical area will work daily with a total of 3 engineers in one day, the administrative staff will consist of 1 secretary and 1 accountant. The total investment of the project amounts to S /. 100,677 considering a contribution of 35% of social capital and the rest financed by the Credit Bank to increasing fees. According to investment criteria, the project provides an economic NPV of S / .27, 492; with an economic IRR of 28.2% and a financial NPV of S / .29,933; with a financial IRR of 33.6%. These results indicate that the project will be viable and profitable in both scenarios.en
