Resumen
En este estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta productora de jugo de chía, en la provincia de Arequipa, se verá diversos aspectos: Inicia definiendo los objetivos generales y específicos, así como la justificación del proyecto, posteriormente se determinará, mediante un estudio de mercado, la demanda potencial del grado de aceptación y las características que deberá tener el producto. Una vez realizado el estudio de mercado, se presentarála determinación del tamaño óptimo del proyecto en base a aspectos como el mercado, la inversión y la rentabilidad, definiendo posteriormente la localización óptima para el proyecto. Se considera que por tratarse de un proyecto innovador es de vital importancia poner énfasis en el desarrollo de la ingeniería del proyecto detallando minuciosamente el proceso productivo, la distribución de planta, así como el plan de producción de todo tipo de requerimiento para llevar a cabo el proyecto. De igual manera se determinará la estructura organizacional, estableciéndose además el tipo de sociedad. Finalmente, en los últimos capítulos se detallarán el monto y la estructura de la inversión, las fuentes de financiamiento, los niveles de ingresos y egresos, para que mediante la evaluación económico y financiera, analicemos y evaluemos la rentabilidad del proyecto.
In this pre-feasibility study for the installation of a chia juice production plant, in the province of Arequipa, various aspects will be seen:It begins by defining the general and specific objectives, as well as the justification of the project, subsequently, through a market study, the potential demand for the degree of acceptance and the characteristics that our product should have will be determined.Once the market study has been carried out, the determination of the optimal size of the project will be presented based on aspects such as the market, investment and profitability, subsequently defining the optimal location for the project.It is considered that because it is an innovative project, it is vitally important to emphasize the development of the project's engineering, carefully detailing the production process of the product to be provided, the plant distribution, as well as the production plan of all types of requirements for carry out the project.In the same way, the organizational structure will be determined, also establishing the type of society.Finally, in the last chapters, the amount and structure of the investment, the sources of financing, the levels of income and expenses will be detailed, so that through the economic and financial evaluation, we can analyze and evaluate the profitability of the project.
