A partir del análisis de las redes de ciudadanía y deficiencia estatal, y el estudio de caso- la organización social “La Lombriz Feliz” en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho (Lima)- se pretende mostrar que la organización contribuye a la formación de la ciudadanía al desarrollar actividades que suplen las deficiencias del Estado local.The research analyzes how social organizations influence the construction of citizenship networks in spaces where there is a deficiency of the state (i.e. a lack of state presence).
