Es una pregunta que parece haber perdido relevancia en estos tiempos modernos; sin embargo, Charles Taylor, en sus reflexiones sobre el concepto de “identidad”, recupera esta interrogante porque la respuesta implica un “reconocimiento” que se funda en el diálogo con las distintas culturas, con la propia y consigo mismo. Desde esta perspectiva, la presente investigación abordará, por un lado, los conceptos de “identidad” y “reconocimiento” desarrollados por Taylor y, por el otro, se expondrá la cosmovisión aymara del Suma Qamaña (buen vivir/convivir bien).Who am I? is a question that seems to have lost relevance in these modern times. However, Charles Taylor, in his reflections on the concept of “identity,” brings this question back, because the answer implies a “recognition” that is grounded in dialogue with different cultures, with one’s own, and with oneself.
