This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a proposal for improvement in solid waste management, in the district of Andahuaylillas, province of Quispicanchi, Cusco, 2022 based on the circular economy. The design was descriptive, non-experimental, for which the willingness to pay was calculated using the contingent valuation method through surveys to obtain data, and the viability of the proposal was determined through cost-benefit analysis. Regarding the sample, the population was constituted by the dwellings of the district of Andahuaylillas (2313), the techniques used were observation and survey. It was concluded that considering an average DAP of S/ 7.51, the implementation of an improvement proposal is feasible, since the income covers the costs of the improvement proposal and the investment in the proposal is covered at the end of 5 years. Likewise, the biodigester has a minimum useful life of 10 years, leaving a benefit of 5 years in which the costs of electricity in the treatment plant will continue to be saved and fertilizers such as biol and biosol will be produced.
