    The following research “Proposal Improvement of Management of Maintenance – Lubrication service in the company Maquinaria e Ingeniería MetalMecánica S.A.” seeks to make the improvement of Maintenance – Lubrication service through the proposals of hiring a maintenance planner, training and implementation of standardized documents. The determination of the main problems was made with methods of direct observation, documentary analysis and questionnaire. This was made with the main purpose of increasing the index of fulfillment of activities for services that are directly affected by failures in the distribution of resources, technical capacity or documentary inexistence, the service fulfillment in the year 2018 was only 81.30% The proposal was proceeded and it was determined that the activity fulfillment index could increase up to 94.63%, which would represent an increase in economic gains of approximately 13.33%, that is USD $ 23,472.00. Finally, it was determined that the hiring of a maintenance planner, worker training and implementation of standardized documents are very effective because all the company’s service will be improved, not only the Maintenance – Lubrication service where the investigation is focused on.
