dc.description.abstractThe present investigation addresses the problematic of the tourist services of the Historic Sanctuary of Pomac. At the first phase of the investigation we made a description of the area of study wich includes thegeographic location and accessibility. In addition, an analysis of the national, regional and local context was done to understand the current state of the forest and the services. Also, as a fundamentar part of the research, planning and management are analyzed through a mapping of stakeholders to identify their interrelationships. Besides the research includes a detail of the diferents areas of the Sanctuary with the goal of recognizing in which area tourist services can be provided. At the second phase of the investigation, the research analized the origin, attractions, supply and demand of the product named “Bosques y Pirámides” to conclude with a proposal of improvement. This is due to the fact that the Historic Sanctuary of Pomac is part of this national product. Finally, at the third phase of investigation, after analyzing the touristic proficle who visit the Sanctuary, we proceed to make some recommendations to improve the tourist services. It shoul be noted that this thesis is a qualitative analysis that seeks to generate the further development of quantitave analysis.en
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación aborda la problemática que presentan los servicios turísticos del Santuario Histórico Bosque de Pómac en la actualidad. Para ello, primero se realiza una descripción de la zona de estudio que incluye ubicación geográfica y accesibilidad. Además, se incluye el contexto nacional, regional y local para poder comprender el estado actual del bosque. Asimismo, como parte fundamental de la investigación, se analiza la planificación y gestión a través de un mapeo de actores involucrados para poder identificar sus interrelaciones. También, se detallan las diferentes zonas del Santuario con el objetivo de reconocer en qué zonas se puede prestar servicios turísticos Seguidamente, se analiza el producto bosques y pirámides en el cual se toma como punto de partida el porqué de la creación del mismo continuando con los atractivos que este comprende y un análisis tanto de la oferta como de la demanda para poder finalizar con una propuesta de mejora. Esto dado a que el Santuario Histórico Bosque de Pómac forma parte de dicho producto turístico. Finalmente, luego de analizar el perfil del turista que visita el Bosque, se procede a dar recomendaciones para la mejora de la gestión de los servicios turísticos que se ofrecen actualmente. Cabe resaltar que la presente tesis es un análisis cualitativo que busca generar el desarrollo posterior de análisis cuantitativos.es_ES
