Resumen
El gran objetivo del sector educación es la mejora constante de la calidad educativa, para lograr dicho objetivo es necesario conocer el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los maestros, solo de esa manera se podrán diseñar, establecer y poner en marcha acciones fundamentales que estén destinadas a lograr el crecimiento y la mejora constante de los maestros. Al respecto, también es importante conocer cuál es el sentido de vida de los maestros en ejercicio, pues ello nos permite conocer si realmente están seguros del trabajo que vienen realizando a diario, si están en lo suyo o preferirían dedicarse a otra cosa. Ambos aspectos son importantes y forman parte de la realidad diaria de los maestros en las escuelas del país, al respecto todos los actores del sistema educativo deberían tener conocimiento de estos aspectos si lo que realmente se pretende es lograr una educación de calidad en el país.
