And information was collected by applying semi-structured interview and observation instruments. The results showed that: a) In the community there is a wealth of knowledge, customs of the community, which can be used in intercultural pedagogy for meaningful learning. b) Teachers incorporate very little rituals and other knowledge in teaching-learning, due to ignorance of the local culture and the lack of management of an intercultural pedagogy. c) The lack of inclusion of knowledge in school by teachers, students lose their cultural identity and there is little interest in continuing to revalue agricultural rituals, a process that leads to a gradual process of cultural and linguistic extinction.
