Ítem Restringido Propuesta de un modelo de gestión de mantenimiento predictivo para una planta concentradora del rubro de minería(Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya, 2022) Miyagui Miyagui, Ricardo Kunio; Castro Socolic, Christian David; Villanueva Nehmad, FernandoThe present study, which is called "Proposal of a predictive maintenance management model for a Concentrator Plant in the Mining sector", has as its main objective to provide a catalog with predictive maintenance techniques that can be applied to each component of the mining machines. the plant seeking to improve its availability and reliability, thus avoiding unnecessary plant shutdowns that generate maintenance cost overruns. The situational analysis of the silver machines is carried out considering 7 families of machines being the primary crusher, secondary crusher, tertiary crusher, conveyor belts, screens, ball mills and cyclone pumps the most important, to which techniques are applied predictive maintenance, currently the plant has an average availability of 91.04%. A predictive maintenance catalog is prepared for the 7 families of machines in the concentrator plant with techniques such as conventional ultrasound (UT), phased array ultrasound testing (UTPA), non-destructive tests (NDT), passive ultrasound (SDT), vibrations (VIB), Thermography (IR), Oil analysis (OIL), Magnetic plugs (TAP), Engine tests (MOT TST) and Electrical tests (ELE TST) as the main ones, finally, it ends with the conclusions and recommendations
