Resumen
El presente trabajo pretende determinar la factibilidad de un producto turístico de índole gastronómica en el distrito de Pueblo Libre, con un enfoque que revaloriza su carácter histórico y cultural. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio del contexto actual a nivel nacional y de las tendencias a nivel global, así como la respectiva investigación de campo sobre la demanda y la oferta. Además, considerando a todos los actores involucrados, se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad al sector público y privado. Así, a lo largo de esta investigación se conocerá el proceso en detalle y, finalmente, el resultado obtenido.
This study aims to determine the feasibility of a gastronomic tourism product in the Pueblo Libre district, with an approach that highlights its historical and cultural character. To this end, an analysis of the current national context and global trends was conducted, along with field research on both demand and supply. In addition, taking into account all the stakeholders involved, in-depth interviews were carried out with representatives from both the public and private sectors. Thus, throughout this research, the process is presented in detail, culminating in the final result obtained.
