Resumen
La presente investigación propone explorar cómo se construye la relación de ayuda desde la práctica de los voluntarios del Centro de Escucha de la Parroquia San Felipe Apóstol (CESFA) ubicado en Lima Metropolitana. Para ello, a partir de la aplicación de siete entrevistas semiestructuradas, se profundizó en el conocimiento de los elementos de la relación de ayuda, así como las vivencias y emociones que experimentan los voluntarios en este servicio. Los resultados obtenidos se organizaron en tres dimensiones; fase inicial, que evidenció diversos motivos de consulta como dificultades de ansiedad o sentimientos de abandono y soledad. Intervención CESFA, donde se profundizó en las etapas que reflejan la construcción del proceso de acompañamiento. Y relación de ayuda, en la cual los participantes definieron el concepto como un espacio para que el usuario, a partir de transitar por una dificultad, redescubra su potencial para el cambio.
This dissertation proposes to explore how does the helping relationship is built from practice of the volunteers at Centro de Escucha de la Parroquia San Felipe Apóstol (Listening Center of the Parish San Felipe Apostol), located in the Metropolitan district of Lima. To this end, starting from the application of seven semi-structured interviews, the knowledge of the elements of the helping relationship was deepened, as well as the experiences and emotions experienced by the volunteers in this service. The results were organized in three dimensions; initial phase, which evidenced several reasons for consultation such as anxiety difficulties or feelings of abandonment and loneliness. CESFA intervention, where the stages that reflect the construction of the accompaniment process were delved into. And a helping relationship, in which the participants defined the concept as a space for the user, after going through a difficulty, to rediscover his potential for change.
