Resumen
La presente investigación busca dar a conocer las representaciones sociales de jóvenes entre 20 y 35 años del Distrito de los Olivos, sobre las conductas transgresoras de las normas establecidas durante el primer año de propagación del virus COVID-19. Para ello, se entrevistó a 8 jóvenes del distrito de los Olivos, indagando en los significados, creencias y actitudes respecto a las normas y las transgresiones. Los resultados revelan una progresión en el discurso de los participantes, este se ve influido por las condiciones sociales de desigualdad, percepciones de abuso por parte de la autoridad, así como factores de desigualdad y estructurales. Al inicio de la pandemia, las normas eran consideradas necesarias, pero su eficacia fue disminuyendo debido a que estas no se adaptaban al agravamiento de la pandemia. En cuanto a las conductas trasgresoras, para los participantes la población con mayor incidencia en la trasgresión eran los jóvenes. Sin embargo, establecieron diferencias entre aquellos que incumplían las normas debido a la dificultad para adaptarse a la pandemia de quienes salían a las calles para trabajar debido a la necesidad.
This research aims to explore the social representations of young people between the ages of 20 and 35 in the district of Los Olivos regarding transgressive behaviors of established norms during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve this, eight young individuals from Los Olivos were interviewed, investigating their meanings, beliefs, and attitudes toward norms and transgressions. In both aspects, a progression in the participants' discourse was observed, influenced by social inequality and abuse of authority during the pandemic. Initially, the norms were considered important, but over time, they lost effectiveness as they failed to address the evolving pandemic and the social context of need. Regarding transgression, it was primarily attributed to young people; however, a distinction was made between those who violated norms out of necessity and those who did so for recreation, with the latter being perceived as irresponsible.
