Resumen
El proyecto de innovación educativa “MEJORANDO LA CONVIVENCIA ESCOLAR A TRAVÉS DEL DESARROLLO DE COMUNIDADES DE APRENDIZAJE EN LA I.E. N° 50332 DE KUQUIPATA –
VILCABAMBA” aborda un problema preponderante en la I.E: Escasa participación de la comunidad educativa para una adecuada convivencia escolar. Priorizado por los criterios de Gravedad, Urgencia, Viabilidad, Disposición de recursos e Involucramiento de los miembros de la comunidad educativa. Un problema que por mucho tiempo había deteriorado el desarrollo eficaz de los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje, observándose por el contrario el incumplimiento de las normas de convivencia y del Reglamento Interno que a su vez habían ocasionado conductas inadecuadas en la institución educativa, falta de cuidado al bien común, estudiantes víctimas de violencia escolar y maltrato familiar, deterioro de su autoestima, rechazo y hostilidad al estudiante y alto riesgo de abandono escolar.
El problema priorizado conlleva a su vez a implementar una serie de actividades estratégicas orientadas a concretar el objetivo de Fortalecer la Convivencia Escolar en los estudiantes de la I.E. N° 50332 de Kuquipata mediante el desarrollo de Comunidades de Aprendizaje. Estrategias sustentadas en la aplicación de una propuesta educativa comunitaria y pedagógica, cuyo ámbito de concreción está dirigido a los ciudadanos miembros de la I.E. N° 50332 y de la sociedad local donde se ubica; por lo que el proyecto de innovación educativa establece criterios y estrategias de participación cooperada de estudiantes, padres de familia, docentes y aliados en beneficio de la comunidad educativa, tomando en cuenta actividades pedagógicas desde el aula proyectada a la comunidad.
Los resultados observables con este proyecto de innovación educativa se reflejan en la elaboración de los instrumentos de gestión escolar desde el Proyecto Curricular de la Institución Educativa hasta la programación curricular de aula, en jornadas de comunidades de aprendizaje, con la particularidad de estar contextualizada realmente a las necesidades y demandas de sus estudiantes.
La aplicación de recursos y estrategias didácticas para la enseñanza de las áreas de Personal Social, Ciencia y Ambiente y Tutoría evidenciadas en el monitoreo y acompañamiento a la práctica pedagógica, alcanzadas en tertulias literarias y dialógicas de la comunidad docente.
Participación activa de los padres de familia en comunidades de aprendizaje sobre la formación ciudadana de sus hijos teniendo como fortaleza la riqueza cultural ancestral que traen consigo, empleados en la construcción de los nuevos saberes así como en la organización escolar, familiar ycomunal.
The educational innovation project "IMPROVING SCHOOL COEXISTENCE THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING COMMUNITIES IN THE I.E. N ° 50332 DE KUQUIPATA - VILCABAMBA "addresses a preponderant problem in EI: Little participation of the educational community for an adequate school coexistence, prioritized by the criteria of Gravity, Urgency, Feasibility, Disposition of resources and Involvement of the members of the community A problem that for a long time had deteriorated the effective development of the teaching-learning processes, observing on the contrary the non-compliance with the rules of coexistence and the Internal Regulation that in turn had caused inappropriate behavior in the educational institution, lack of care for the common good, students of school violence and family abuse, deterioration of their selfesteem, rejection and hostility to the student and high risk of dropping out of school. The prioritized problem entails a series of strategic activities aimed at achieving the objective of Strengthening School Coexistence in the students of the I.E. N ° 50332 of Kuquipata through the development of Learning Communities. Strategies based on the application of a community and pedagogical educational proposal, whose scope of concretion is aimed at the citizens of the I.E. No. 50332 and the local company where it is located; so in the project of educational innovation focus on strategies of participation of students, parents, teachers and allies for the benefit of the educational community, and in the pedagogical activities from the classroom projected to the community. The observable results with this educational innovation project refers to the elaboration of the school management instruments from the Curricular Project of the Educational Institution to the curricular programming of the classroom, in the days of the learning communities, with the peculiarity of being Contextually contextualized to the needs and demands of its students. The application of teaching resources and strategies for the teaching of the areas of Social Personnel, Science and Environment and Tutorship evidenced in the monitoring and accompaniment to the pedagogical practice, achieved in literary and dialogical gatherings of the teaching community.
