Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado Las percepciones de los docentes sobre sus prácticas educativas en la educación intercultural bilingüe en una escuela rural de la comunidad de Chila, Apurímac, tiene como objetivo fundamental comprender la percepción de los docentes sobre la EIB. Esta investigación dará a conocer de qué manera el profesorado de la comunidad de Chila pone en práctica el enfoque intercultural. El tipo de investigación es cualitativa en la que se desarrolló a traves del instrumento de entrevista, y su nivel de investigación es de tipo explicativo, dado que la investigación busca explicar las razones o causas de un caso social. La muestra estuvo conformada por tres docentes de nivel educativo primaria con un total de veintinueve estudiantes a cargo en la institución educativa de Chila N°50664, del distrito de Challhuahuacho, provincia Cotabambas, del departamento de Apurímac. La técnica de recolección de datos fue mediante la aplicación de instrumentos, tales como la entrevista. Cada uno de ellos fue dirigido a los docentes para comprender la percepción sobre sus prácticas educativas con relación al enfoque intercultural y, de esta manera se dio a conocer que los docentes de dicha institución no son formados en el enfoque EIB.
This Research entitled “Perceptions about educational practices related to Bilingual Intercultural Education (EIB, Educación Intercultural Bilingüe) applied in a Remote School in Chila Community, Apurimac”, has as a main objective the understatement of Teacher’s perception about EIB, showing how teachers from Chila Community practices the Intercultural approach. The type of investigation is qualitative, will be developed through interviews as a tool, and has an explanatory level investigation. Considering that this study looks for a response of reasons or causes concerning a social case. The sample was formed by 3 teachers of elementary level with a total of 29 students in their charge who belongs to the Educative Institution of Chila N°50664, from Challhuahuacho District, Cotabambas Province, Apurimac Department. The technique of data collection was through applied tools, such as interviews and focus groups. Each one of them was directed for teachers to understand their perceptions of educational practices related to Intercultural approach and in this way get to know that they were not formed to accomplish the EIB focus.
