dc.description.abstractEl taller de metalmecánica estará ubicado en el distrito de Cerro Colorado, en la ciudad de Arequipa. El taller ofrecerá los servicios de diseño y construcción de estructuras metálicas de acuerdo a los requerimientos de sus clientes. El monto de inversión que se requerirá para poner en marcha el proyecto es de S/. 116,120.75, el cual será destinado a inversiones fijas tangibles, inversiones fijas intangibles, capital de trabajo e imprevistos. Para el primer año de operaciones de la empresa se proyecta un ingreso de S/. 337,500.00. El proyecto será financiado con aportes propios debido al bajo monto de inversión, pudiéndose evaluar la entrada de nuevos inversionistas más adelante para incrementar el capital de la empresa dependiendo del crecimiento en los próximos años. Como resultado de la evaluación económica se ha obtenido un VAN de S/. 36,087.02 y una tasa interna de retorno de 35.19%, con un periodo de recupero de la inversión de 2 a 3 años y una relación beneficio-costo de 1.31, considerando conveniente la ejecución del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractThe metalworking workshop will be located in the Cerro Colorado district, in the city of Arequipa. The workshop will offer the services of design and construction of metallic structures according to the requirements of its clients. The investment amount that will be required to start the project is S/. 116,120.75, which will be used for tangible fixed investments, intangible fixed investments, working capital and contingencies. For the first year of operations of the company, an income of S/. 337,500.00 is projected. The project will be financed with own contributions due to the low amount of investment, being able to evaluate the entry of new investors later to increase the capital of the company depending on the growth in the coming years. As a result of the economic evaluation, a NPV of S/. 36,087.02 and an internal rate of return of 35.19% were obtained, with a recovery period of the investment of 2 to 3 years and a cost-benefit ratio of 1.31, considering the execution of the project convenient.
