dc.description.abstractEn los últimos años, la administración de justicia ha estado constantemente cuestionada, no solo por estar estrechamente vinculada con la corrupción, sino también por la manera en cómo esta se ha venido ejecutando a lo largo del territorio peruano. Se trata pues, de una administración de justicia que genera brechas, muros, barreras de acceso a la justicia, olvidando a aquellos que habitan en las zonas más lejanas del Perú, imposibilitándoles un derecho de acceso a la justicia. Es aquí el espacio perfecto en el que nacen los conflictos sociales dentro de una comunidad, pues al no sentir la presencia del Estado, da rienda suelta a la corrupción, desorden y todo tipo de violencia. Es por eso la importancia que tiene la justicia de paz aquí, no solo como la instancia más básica del Poder Judicial que acerca el Estado a la comunidad en la solución de sus conflictos, pues su esencia conciliadora, permite que ambas partes puedan llegar a un acuerdo o solución y una vez llegado a esto, se restaura la armonía y paz dentro de una comunidad. El presente trabajo pretende mostrar los beneficios de la justicia de paz, para hacer un análisis de cómo esta institución legal ha cambiado en los últimos veinte años en la ciudad del Cusco, contribuyendo indirectamente a poder ofrecer y dar a conocer cómo se está mejorando con el servicio de acceso a la justicia.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, the justice administration has been constantly questioned, not only because it is closely linked to corruption, but also because of the way it has been carried out throughout the Peruvian territory. It is therefore a justice administration that generates gaps, walls, barriers to access justice, forgetting those who live in the most remote areas of Peru, making it impossible for them to have access to justice. This is the perfect space in which social conflicts are born within a community, because the presence of the State is not felt, corruption is given free rein, etc. That is why the importance of peace justice here, not only as the most basic instance of the Judicial Power that brings the State closer to the community, which provides a service of access to justice, but as a mechanism for conflict resolution, because its essential conciliatory, allows both parties to reach an agreement or solution and once this is achieved, harmony and peace within a community is restored. The present work pretends to show the benefits of peace justice, to make an analysis of how this legal institution has changed in the last twenty years in the city of Cusco, contributing indirectly in being able to offer and make known how it is being improved with the service of access to justice.en
