Propuesta de un plan de mantenimiento basado en confiabilidad (CMR) para el chancador giratorio Traylor, en una empresa minera de Arequipa

Resumen
Esta investigación busca plantear un modelo de gestión de mantenimiento para la chancadora giratoria Traylor de la unidad de chancado primario de una empresa del sector minero en Arequipa, analizando las causas y efectos de los paros de esta máquina para su mantenimiento. Ya que la empresa minera no cuenta con un plan de mantenimiento especifico de esta máquina, a pesar de esta ser la máquina principal de la unidad de chancado primario, se plantea un plan de mantenimiento para mejorar la disponibilidad de esta. En los años 2014 -2017 pasados la chancadora ha tenido una disponibilidad menor a 96 %, de las 19.2 horas diarias que puede trabajar, a pesar que se esperaba una disponibilidad mayor a la realmente tuvo la máquina. Para hacer un plan de mantenimiento de esta máquina se analiza la actividad de ésta, mediante un análisis de modos de falla, efectos y criticidad (AMFEC) y un análisis Pareto de las fallas, resultando el desgaste del eje principal, desgaste de mantos y desgaste o grietas de cóncavos como las fallas más críticas, entre otras que se mencionan en el análisis. El resultado es un plan de mantenimiento, con actividades a realizarse semanalmente, mensual y trimestralmente de acuerdo a la frecuencia de las fallas. Con este plan se calcula que la disponibilidad para el año en que se implemente suba a 97.69% que es 1.82% más que la disponibilidad del año que mostro mayor disponibilidad de los años de estudio.
This research seeks to propose a maintenance management model for the Traylor rotary crusher of the primary crushing unit of a company in the mining sector in Arequipa, analyzing the causes and effects of the shutdowns of this machine for maintenance.Since the mining company does not have a specific maintenance plan for this machine, despite this being the main machine of the primary crushing unit, a maintenance plan is proposed to improve its availability. In the years 2014 -2017, the crusher has had less than 96% availability, of the 19.2 hours per day that it can work, despite the fact that greater availability was expected than the machine actually had.To make a maintenance plan for this machine, its activity is analyzed through an analysis of failure modes, effects and criticality (FMECA) and a Pareto analysis of the failures, resulting in main shaft wear, blanket wear and wear. or concave cracks as the most critical faults, among others mentioned in the analysis. The result is a maintenance plan, with activities to be carried out weekly, monthly and quarterly according to the frequency of the failures. With this plan it is calculated that the availability for the year in which it is implemented rises to 97.69%, which is 1.82% more than the availability of the year that showed the highest availability of the years of study.
