dc.description.abstractLos emprendedurismos familiares que nacen como una forma de dar trabajo y sustento a su entorno, surgen por el conocimiento del rubro del negocio y por qué disponen de algún capital inicial, así como muchas ganas de hacer bien las cosas resolviendo las problemáticas que a diario se presentan; tanto el desarrollo de las actividades y el crecimiento es de forma desordenada ya que no tienen bien definido sus metas y objetivos estratégicos. La propuesta de realizar un plan estratégico para la pequeña empresa dedicada al transporte de carga pesada TRANSCAAR, busca mejorar la gestión estratégica, delineando los objetivos y cuáles son las mejores acciones que deben llevarse a cabo para alcanzar dichos objetivos. De esta manera se facilita la gestión de la organización al hacerla más transparente, asignar políticas concretas a los diversos sectores implicados y permitir la evaluación en función del cumplimiento de las actuaciones especificadas. Esto genera coherencia entre las acciones que se realizan y las expectativas de la dirección, poniendo a la institución en relación con las necesidades del entorno.es_ES

The proposal to make a strategic plan for the small company dedicated to the transport of heavy cargo TRANSCAAR, seeks to improve the strategic management, delineating the objectives and which are the best actions that must be carried out to achieve these Objectives. This facilitates the management of the Organization by making it more transparent, assigning specific policies to the various sectors involved and allowing the evaluation according to the performance of the specified actions. This generates coherence between the actions that are carried out and the expectations of the management, putting the institution in relation to the needs of the environment.en
