Resumen
En los últimos años en el Perú, se viene registrando una tendencia por consumir productos naturales, un gran porcentaje de estos productos se caracteriza por bebidas elaboradas a partir de distintos vegetales, legumbres, frutos secos y semillas. Su disponibilidad a través de la elaboración industrial, su sabor agradable ha motivado el crecimiento de su consumo por la población en general que se evidencia con el aumento de ferias y tiendas naturistas en los últimos años. Según estudios realizados de Kantar World panel, los consumidores peruanos pagan hasta 123% más en la compra de producto ssaludables, versus otras opciones no saludables. Se tomó como muestra 8,100 hogares de 16 ciudades de Latinoamérica, incluyendo Lima (DIARIO GESTION, 2012). Se determina que la preferencia por bebidas saludables se hizo notoria desde el año 2015.Para el futuro, se espera que la preocupación por la salud personal continúe creciendo en el país. (SEMANA ECONOMICA, 2015). En este contexto, se trabajará con tres tipos de semillas (Ajonjolí, Alpiste y Quinua) se constituyen una alternativa ideal de materia prima a ser empleada para la elaboración de productos especializados, debido a la gran cantidad de propiedades nutricionales de gran beneficio a la salud. Algunas de las características que representa a este producto en donde se mezclarán las propiedades de estas semillas son: Mayor facilidad digestiva, ya que no contiene lactosa, bajas en grasas, aportan diversas vitaminas que ayudan al funcionamiento del sistema cardiovascular, enriquecida en calcio por lo que contribuye al desarrollo y mantenimiento de los huesos favoreciendo a los músculos y
articulaciones, además de muchas otros beneficios que se obtendrán del producto denominado NUTRITRES. El negocio de comercializar Nutritres en la ciudad de Arequipa se presenta como una nueva opción de bebida nutritiva que además promete tener un sabor muy agradable. El objetivo es evaluar la factibilidad para el montaje de una planta que procese la Bebida Vegetal enriquecida con miel de abeja. La investigación de mercado y el estudio financiero realizado revelan la viabilidad y factibilidad del plan de negocios que se propone puesto que se está considerando una inversión a largo plazo que generará rentabilidad y favorecerá al desarrollo de la empresa ACTION SEEDS. Finalmente se analizó la viabilidad del negocio mediante el estudio económico y financiero. Como resultado se obtuvo que el proyecto es económicamente y financieramente viable debido a que se determinó el VANE de 443,650.62, el VANF de 471,523.62, el TIRE de 57.00%,el TIRF de 94.57%,el costo beneficio de 1.23y una rentabilidad de 2.367.
In the last few years, Perú has been registering an increasing trend to consume natural products, a large percentage of these products is characterized by drinks made from various vegetables, legumes,nuts and seeds. Its availability through the development of industrial, its pleasant taste has led to the growth of its consumption by the population in general that is evident with the increase of fairs and health food stores in recent years. Accordingto studies,of Kantar Worldpanel, peruvian consumers are paying up to 123% more in the purchase of healthy products, versus other options, not healthy. Was taken as shown in 8,100 households from 16 cities of Latin America, including Lima (DIARY MANAGEMENT, 2012). It is determined that the preference for healthy beverages are made notorious from the year 2015. For the future, it is expected that the concern for the health staff to continue to grow in the country. (SEMANA ECONOMICA, 2015). In this context,we will work with three types of seeds (Sesame, Canary seed, and Quinoa) are a great alternative to raw material to be used in the production of specialty producers due to the large amount ofnutritional properties of great benefit to health. Some of the features that represents this product in the mixing properties of these seeds are: More easily digestible, because it contains no lactose, low in fat, provide a variety of vitamins that helpthe functioning of the cardiovascular system, richin calcium which contributesto the development and maintenance of bones, helping muscles and joints, in addition to many other benefits to be derived from the product called NUTRITRES. The business of marketing Nutritres in the city of Arequipa is presented as a new option of a nutrition drink that also promises to have a very nice taste. The objective is to evaluate the feasibility for the installation of a plant to process Vegetable Drink enriched withbee honey. The market research andfinancial studycarried out toreveal the viability and feasibility of the business plan that is proposed because it is considering an investment that in the long term generate returns that will encourage the developmentof the company ACTION SEEDS. Finally, we analyzed the viability ofthe businessthrough the study of the economic and financial.
