Resumen
La tesis “Clima laboral y síndrome burnout en una empresa importadora de pintura en polvo, Lima, 2021”, tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre las variables clima laboral y síndrome burnout en una empresa importadora. La metodología de estudio fue de un diseño no experimental, del tipo descriptivo y cuantitativo, siendo la muestra de 40 colaboradores de la empresa importadora. Concluyéndose que existía una relación significativa entre las variables de estudio, siendo aceptada la hipótesis general al obtenerse la correlación positiva de Pearson de 0.673.
The thesis "Work climate and burnout syndrome in a powder paint importing company, Lima, 2021", aimed to analyze the relationship between the variables work climate and burnout syndrome in an importing company. The study methodology was of a non-experimental design, of the descriptive and quantitative type, being the sample of 40 collaborators of the importing company. Concluding that there was a significant relationship between the study variables, the general hypothesis being accepted when the positive Pearson correlation of 0.673 was obtained.
