Estudio de prefactibilidad para la implementación de una imprenta en la ciudad de Arequipa

Resumen
En este estudio nosotros hemos evaluado y analizado la prefactibilidad de una imprenta en la ciudad de Arequipa, pudiendo demostrar si el proyecto es factible económica y financiera; el presente documento consta de cinco capítulos que nos permitirán evaluar en diferentes puntos de viabilidad
del proyecto.
En el capítulo uno, nosotros hemos hablado sobre el estudio estratégico analizando diferentes factores que involucran el macroentorno con la industria gráfica en el Perú, nos hemos basado en las cinco fuerzas competitivas con el propósito de establecer una estrategia de diferenciación que permita expandir la rentabilidad y permitir una competencia positiva en el mercado y así poder analizar la competencia, los proveedores y los consumidores y poder hacer mucho más efectivo el análisis FODA.
En el estudio de mercado, se ha definido el producto por medio de un análisis de las distintas líneas de productos del sector, optando por la línea editorial. A continuación, se realiza una segmentación del mercado para poder definir al cliente. Con el cliente ya identificado, elaboramos nuestro análisis de oferta y demanda para determinar el alcance de nuestro proyecto que será un 3% de la demanda insatisfecha del producto líder en el mercado Stanford. Finalmente, realizaremos un análisis de comercialización, el cual involucra precio, publicidad y canales de distribución.
En el estudio técnico hemos analizado las diferentes posibilidades para la ubicación de la imprenta, también analizamos el tamaño de la planta guiándonos en el método Guerchet, considerando las máquinas a adquirir y las características físicas de la imprenta, la capacidad de producción, los
materiales e insumos necesarios, la cantidad de trabajadores que necesitaremos; para poder garantizar su correcto funcionamiento.
En el estudio legal y organizacional, se ha evaluado que tipo de sociedad es el adecuado para nuestra empresa. Además, se determinó la afectación tributaria y las normas competentes correspondientes a la región Arequipa. Y para finalizar se realizó la estructura organizacional definiendo los distintos
requerimientos de personal. En el estudio económico y financiero, hemos desarrollado un estudio de inversión en el cual se determinaron los distintos presupuestos de ingresos y egresos para la elaboración de nuestros estados
financieros proyectados. Se obtuvo como resultado la factibilidad del proyecto teniendo un VAN económico de S/. 410,512.66, TIR económico de 38.81%, y por el tema financiero, este proyecto será presupuestado sin prestamos ni endeudamiento con entidades financieras. Estos valores de VAN y TIR nos dan la sustentación de la viabilidad del proyecto.
In this study we evaluated and analyzed the pre-feasibility of a printing in the city Arequipa being able to demonstrate if the project is feasible economic and financial; herein consists of five chapters that will enable us to evaluate at different points feasibility of the project. In chapter one, we have talked about the strategic study analyzing different factors that involve the macro environment with the graphic industry in Peru, we have based on the five competitive forces with the purpose of establishing a differentiation strategy that allows to expand profitability and allow positive competition in the market and thus be able to analyze competition, suppliers and consumers and be able to make the SWOT analysis much more effective. In the market study, the product has been defined through an analysis of the different product lines of the sector, opting for the editorial line. Next, a market segmentation is carried out in order to define the customer. With the customer already identified, we prepare our analysis of supply and demand to determine the scope of our project that will be 3% of the unsatisfied demand of the leading product in the Stanford market. Finally, we have performed a marketing analysis, which involves price, advertising and distribution channels. In the technical study we have analyzed the different possibilities for the location of the printing press, we also analyze the size of the plant guiding us in the Guerchet method, considering the machines to be acquired and the physical characteristics of the printing press, the production capacity, the materials and supplies necessary, the amount of workers we will need; in order to guarantee it is correct functioning. In the legal and organizational study, it has been evaluated what kind of company is suitable for our company. In addition, the tax impact and the relevant regulations corresponding to the Arequipa region were determined. And finally the organizational structure was defined defining the different personnel requirements. In the economic and financial study, we have developed an investment study in which the different income and expenditure budgets were determined for the preparation of our projected financial 5 statements. The feasibility of the project was obtained as having an economic NPV of S /. 410,512.66, economic IRR of 38.81%, and for the financial issue, this project will be budgeted without loans or indebtedness with financial entities. These values of NPV and IRR give us the support of the viability of the project.
