dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto consiste en el estudio de pre factibilidad para la creación de una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de bolsas oxo- biodegradables, como alternativa a la reciente problemática mundial asociada a la contaminación del medio ambiente con plásticos convencionales; en concordancia a la nueva ley peruana N°30884 que regula el plástico de un solo uso y envases descartables, buscando la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y las necesidades del mercado nacional. Por este motivo el trabajo de investigación analiza el entorno social y económico de nuestro país para identificar conductas de consumo y su relación con variables de densidad demográfica, se realiza el estudio de mercado para identificar los agentes que influyen en el proyecto y determinar la oferta y la demanda; posteriormente se desarrolló un estudio técnico que busca determinar la localización del proyecto, capacidades y tecnología a emplear; también se realiza el estudio legal y organizacional en el que se verifican los requisitos legales para registrar la empresa; se diseña el organigrama de la empresa y se describen las funciones de cada puesto; se realiza además el estudio económico y financiero, para determinar la viabilidad y rentabilidad económica del proyecto. Finalmente, en base a los resultados obtenidos se dan las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present project consists of the pre-feasibility study for the creation of a company dedicated to the production and marketing of oxo-biodegradable bags, as an alternative to the recent global problems associated with the contamination of the environment with conventional plastics; in accordance with the new Peruvian law N ° 30884 that regulates single-use plastic and disposable containers, seeking the satisfaction of our customers and the needs of the national market. For this reason, the research work analyzes the social and economic environment of our country to identify consumption behaviors and their relationship with demographic density variables, the market study is carried out to identify the agents that influence the project and determine the supply and the demand; later a technical study was developed that seeks to determine the location of the project, capabilities and technology to be used; The legal and organizational study is also carried out in which the legal requirements to register the company are verified; the organization chart of the company is designed and the functions of each position are described; The economic and financial study is also carried out to determine the viability and economic profitability of the project. Finally, based on the results obtained, the conclusions and recommendations of the study are given.en
