Estilos de liderazgo directivo y clima organizacional en las instituciones educativas pertenecientes a UGEL Corongo-2024

Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo directivo y el clima organizacional en las instituciones educativas pertenecientes a la UGEL Corongo-2024. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental-transversal y un nivel correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 214 docentes, mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia que permitió obtener una muestra final de 177 participantes, a quienes se les aplicaron dos cuestionarios. Los resultados confirmaron una correlación positiva fuerte y significativa entre los estilos de liderazgo directivo y el clima organizacional (Rho = 0.764, p = 0.000). El estilo de liderazgo transformacional presentó una fuerte relación con el clima (Rho = 0.734, p = 0.000), asimismo, el estilo transaccional tuvo una correlación muy fuerte con el clima (Rho = 0.800, p = 0.000). En contraste, el estilo laissez-faire presentó una correlación negativa (Rho = -0.338, p = 0.000). La conclusión general confirma que el desarrollo de estilos de liderazgo directivo, en especial el transformacional y transaccional, se relacionan significativamente con la mejora del clima organizacional, mientras que el laissez-faire se asocia negativamente.
The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles and organizational climate in educational institutions belonging to the Corongo-2025 Local Education Management Unit (UGEL). The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a correlational level of analysis. The study population consisted of 214 teachers, selected through non-probability convenience sampling, resulting in a final sample of 177 participants, who were administered two questionnaires. The results confirmed a strong and significant positive correlation between leadership styles and organizational climate (Rho = 0.764, p = 0.000). The transformational leadership style showed a strong relationship with climate (Rho = 0.734, p = 0.000), as did the transactional style (Rho = 0.800, p = 0.000). In contrast, the laissez-faire style showed a negative correlation (Rho = -0.338, p = 0.000). The overall conclusion confirms that the development of directive leadership styles, especially transformational and transactional styles, is significantly related to an improved organizational climate, while the laissez-faire style is negatively associated.
