dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de investigación tuvo por título “PLAN DE NEGOCIO PARA LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE EMPRESA CONCRETERA EN LA CIUDAD DE AREQUIPA”, tuvo como objetivo Diseñar un plan de negocio para la implementación de una empresa productora de concreto en la ciudad de Arequipa. Para la realización de este plan de negocios se llevaron a cabo una serie de análisis y planes que fueron desde la descripción de la empresa, análisis estratégico, plan de negocios, plan de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio financiero y ambiental. La empresa llevará por nombre CONCREMIXER S.A., la demanda proyectada se determinó que se cubrirá el 15% de la demanda no satisfecha, el área total de la planta es de 1006 m2 y la producción anual será de 6000 m3 de concreto. Al analizar el estudio financiero se encontró que el plan es factible ya que los valores del VAN Económico de S/. 1,546,772.00 POSITIVO un TIR Económico 21.84% mayor a la tasa del 8% y un B/C de 1.42 al mayor a 1, se acepte la idea de negocio ya que se tienen mayores beneficios que costos. En relación al impacto ambiental se utilizó la metodología propuesta por CONESA, la cual incluye los principios de Leopold y el método de Battel – Columbus (1995), donde se buscará minimizar los impactos producidos por la puesta en marcha de la empresa.spa
dc.description.abstractThe research work was entitled “BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CONCRETE COMPANY IN THE CITY OF AREQUIPA”, and its objective was to design a business plan for the implementation of a concrete production company in the city of Arequipa. To carry out this business plan, a series of analyses and plans were carried out, ranging from the description of the company, strategic analysis, business plan, market plan, technical study, financial and environmental study. The company will be called CONCREMIXER S.A., the projected demand was determined to cover 15% of the unsatisfied demand, the total area of the plant is 1006 m2 and the annual production will be 6000 m3 of concrete. When analyzing the financial study, it was found that the plan is feasible since the values of the Economic NPV of S/. 1,546,772POSITIVE an Economic IRR of 21.84% greater than the 8% rate and a B/C of 1.42 greater than 1, the business idea is accepted since there are greater benefits than costs. In relation to the environmental impact, the methodology proposed by CONESA was used, which includes the Leopold principles and the Battel-Columbus method (1995), where the impacts produced by the start-up of the company will be minimized.eng
