Estrategia metodológica para la motivación por el aprendizaje de las ecuaciones matemáticas en los estudiantes de la carrera de diseño y comunicaciones del Instituto SISE

Resumen
La investigación tiene como objetivo contribuir al desarrollo de la motivación
por el aprendizaje de las ecuaciones matemáticas en los estudiantes de la carrera de
Diseño y Comunicaciones del Instituto SISE. La metodología empleada se fundamenta
en la investigación educacional cualitativa de tipo aplicada. Esta se caracteriza por el
tratamiento al problema científico desde el enfoque socio-crítico e interpretativo donde
se integran dialécticamente los métodos cuanti y cualitativos en el estudio del fenómeno
educativo. La muestra objeto de estudio la conforman dos directivos, tres docentes y 14
estudiantes. Se emplearon diferentes técnicas e instrumentos como parte del diagnóstico
del campo: entrevista semiestructurada a los docentes y directivos; observación a clases
a los docentes, un cuestionario de opinión, una prueba pedagógica a los estudiantes y el
criterio de experto, los que aportaron una información valiosa sobre las fortalezas y las
deficiencias que inciden en el problema estudiado como la desmotivación por el
aprendizaje de las ecuaciones matemáticas. Como conclusión esencial se propone una
estrategia metodológica que se sustentan en los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos
del aprendizaje desde una concepción holística desde la capacitación del docente para
dirigir el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje.
The research aims to contribute to the development of motivation for learning mathematical equations in the students of the Design and Communications career of the SISE Institute. The methodology used is based on qualitative educational research of applied type. This is characterized by the treatment of the scientific problem from the socio-critical and interpretative approach where quantitative and qualitative methods are dialectically integrated in the study of the educational phenomenon. The sample studied is made up of two managers, three teachers and 14 students. Different techniques and instruments were used as part of the field diagnosis: semi-structured interviews with teachers and managers; observation class teachers, an opinion questionnaire, a pedagogical test students and expert criteria, which provided valuable information on the strengths and weaknesses that affect the problem studied as demotivation for learning Mathematical equations. As an essential conclusion, a methodological strategy is proposed that is based on the theoretical and methodological foundations of learning from a holistic conception from teacher training to direct the teaching - learning process.
