dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar las necesidades, recursos y valores de un comité de monitoreo y vigilancia socioambiental participativo (CMVAP) conformado por los representantes de un grupo de asentamientos humanos (AAHH) de Villa el Salvador (VES). Se partirá de la línea de investigación de Yamamoto (2015) y los componentes del Bienestar Subjetivo(BS): necesidades, valores y recursos. Como herramienta de recolección de información, se aplicó la entrevista de componentes émicos de bienestar (ECB) (Yamamoto, 2004) a la totalidad de integrantes del CMVAP (n=10). Los entrevistados son de sexo masculino en un 60%y femenino en un 40%. Las edades están en un rango de 40 años (Min=24-Max=64). Las necesidades identificadas son: “Familia”, “Participación Comunitaria” y “Trabajo,” de esta forma los hallazgos en este componente enfatizan la importancia de relacionarse con los familiares y vecinos; así como la seguridad económica. Los valores identificados son: “Aporte a la comunidad”, “Salir Adelante” y “Honrado”. Es decir, una persona valorada por el CMVAP aporta al desarrollo de su comunidad, es honrada y busca mejores condiciones económicas para sí misma y su familia. El recurso identificado es “Uno mismo”, en este los entrevistados perciben tener la posibilidad de ser agentes causales en la satisfacción de sus necesidades.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is indentify the emic well being structure components of a “Comité de Monitoreo y Vigilancia Socioambiental Participativo” from Villa el Salvador. Committee which is conformed by the presidents of 10 Asentamientos Humanos (AAHH). This research is based on Yamamoto's research line and the well being components: needs, valuesand resources.For this, was used the “Entrevista de Componentes Emicos de Bienestar (ECB)” applyed to the whole committee which is conform by ten members. The majority is gender male (M=60%) (F=40%). The group ́s age comprends a range of 40 years (Min=24-Max=64). Needs indentify are “Family”, “Community participation” and “Work”. The findings emphasize the need of having a good relationship with their relatives and neighbors, in that order,as priorities as well as having a job which involves security need. The identified values are "Contribution to community" "Go ahead" and "Honor”, soa person valued by the CMVAP contributes to the development of his community, is honored and seeks better economic conditions for himself and his family. The main resource is "Self". In this, the interviewees perceive that they have the possibility of being causal agents in the satisfaction of their needs.en
