Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la percepción sobre la práctica docente en interculturalidad de las y los docentes de tres instituciones educativas del nivel secundario de la zona rural, promovida por el Proyecto Educativo Rural Fe y Alegría 44 de la provincia de Quispicanchi–Cusco. En ese sentido, se realizó un estudio descriptivo con una muestra de seis docentes del nivel secundario de cada una de las instituciones educativas, de las áreas de comunicación y matemática. La metodología de la investigación incluyó entrevistas semiestructuradas y observaciones, desde un paradigma interpretativo con un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que las y los docentes no terminan de conocer los conceptos básicos sobre interculturalidad y las propuestas educativas que se plantean desde las políticas de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe, pese a que las instituciones educativas investigadas están situadas en el ámbito rural; por ello, se espera que esta investigación motive a seguir indagando sobre las perspectivas que tienen las y los docentes sobre la educación intercultural, y así establecer un fortalecimiento docente y acompañamiento certero desde los planteamientos del Ministerio de Educación y/u otras instituciones que acompañen las instituciones educativas a nivel nacional.
The objective of the research was to analyze the perception of intercultural teaching practice of teachers in three secondary schools in rural areas, promoted by the Fe y Alegría 44 Rural Education Project in the province of Quispicanchi-Cusco. In this sense, a descriptive study was carried out with a sample of six secondary school teachers from each of the educational institutions, in the areas of communication and mathematics. The instruments used were observation and the interview guide. The methodology of our research included semi-structured interviews and observations, from an interpretive paradigm with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results obtained showed that teachers do not know the basic concepts about interculturality and the educational proposals that are proposed in Intercultural Bilingual Education, despite the fact that the educational institutions investigated are located in rural areas; therefore, it is expected that this research will motivate further research on the perspectives that teachers have about intercultural education, and thus establish a teacher strengthening and accurate accompaniment from the approaches that are developed from the Ministry of Education and/or other institutions that accompany the educational institutions at the national level.
