Presently, it is not news that ICTs and social networks have great acceptance and prominence among adolescents who socialize with more people and more easily by these digital means than in the physical encounter. They spend a lot of time in extended conversations in chat with their peers, watching videos, participating in diverse groups. They can interact most of their time, if they do not have external control or self-control. They experience benefits such as immediate communication with whomever they want, regardless of distance. They are aware of the risks, such as assaults and insults (not ciberbullying). They think that the Internet and social networks are there, as tools; those who do good or bad use are the people. Keep in mind that the excessive use of the Internet and social networks is bad, because they create habits that limit their academic achievements and affect their health. From Counseling, we want to suggest to parents, teachers, psychologists, religious, priests, etc., to know the "virtual world" in which adolescents interact; be between equals and/or society in general. In addition, to develop positive attitudes such as: careful listening, precise empathy, learning not to judge, gain trust, all this to guide adolescents under assertive communication.
