Resumen
Acompañar supone un valioso aprendizaje que, como acumulado, constituye un
amplio bagaje personal no siempre sistematizado. Un elemento que confirma la
pertinencia de su práctica está en el testimonio empírico de quienes formaron parte de
estos acompañamientos, y que señalan haberse hecho partícipes de una mejor
comprensión de su propia individualidad, permitiéndoles configurar una interpretación
satisfactoria de sus experiencias personales, reflejadas luego en sus proyectos de vida.
De este modo, el rol ejercido por los acompañantes ha sido en esencia capital para estos
individuos – colectivos, ya que les permitió alcanzasen un desempeño diferente,
respecto del que hubieran tenido si se toma en cuenta las condiciones objetivas en las
que se encontraban al inicio de sus procesos (Cussiánovich & Bazán, 2009).
En tal sentido, es que se considera imprescindible conocer, ordenar y valorar
estas prácticas de acompañamiento, que leídas desde los postulados de la consejería
(Egan, 1981), permitan extraer de ellas saberes esenciales que posibilitan construir un
marco teórico – práctico y metodológico, estructurado a partir de la consejería
contextualizada en realidades específicas.
Esta investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo empírico y de nivel
descriptivo. Se ha optado por el método biográfico o historia de vida (Mallimaci &
Giménez, 2014), en razón a que se consideró que su empleo haría posible se alcancen
los objetivos esperados. El recojo de la información se hizo a través de entrevistas
individuales, cuyo resultado constituyen el sustento principal de esta tesis, en razón a
que se recurre a las experiencias de estos acompañantes para construir la teoría que
ahora se presenta En este estudio se recuperan las teorías, metodologías y prácticas de las
experiencias del ejercicio de la consejería, en tanto propuestas posibles. En tal sentido,
se informa y da cuenta del procedimiento que se siguió para organizar la información
recogida, y se explican los momentos y fases que corresponden a la estructura de la
descripción.
En las concepciones se levantan las experiencias, las creencias, los sentires, los
recursos y los referentes que son muy importantes en el acompañamiento. En la
metodología se marcan el análisis crítico, las rutas, la valoración y la toma de decisiones
en el desarrollo de la autonomía y la salud mental.
En la práctica, se centra la necesidad de una consejería o acompañamiento con
ternura y de espacios reflexivos que construyan pensamiento y acción desde sus propios
contextos, a fin de que obtengan mejores condiciones de vida. Además, permiten a las
personas ser y lograr, juntas, la construcción de proyectos colectivos.
Finalmente, es a partir de una necesaria escucha, claridad y comprensión, que
podemos tomar las mejores decisiones para resolver los conflictos.
Accompaniment implicates a valuable learning that as togheter constitutes a vast personal baggage not always systematized. An element that confirms the belonging to their practices resides on the empiric testimonies of who they have taken part of this, and after that, have also made themselves part of a better understanding of their own individualities. Also, They have been able to develop a satisfactory interpretation of their experiences that would be reflected in their life projects. In the same way, the role played by the accompaniments have been essential for those groups of people because it allowed them to reach a different performance with respect to what we would have got if the objectives in which they were at the beginning of the process were taken (Cussiánovich & Bazán, 2009). That is the reason why it is considered fundamental to know, order and value this accompaniment practices, wich by reading postulates of counseling (Egan, 2000) allow to extract important knowledge in order to make a good theoretical framework (practical and methhodological) that was built by using contextualized counseling to specific realities. This research is of a qualitative approach, empirical tipe and descriptive level. It was opted for the biographical method (Mallimaci & Giménez, 2014) because it would makes it possible to reach the objectives we hope. The compilation of information was done by using personal interviews whose results constitute the cornerstone of this thesis because of the experiences which helped us build the theory that is now presented. Besides, it recovers the theories, methodology and practices of the experiences counseling. Indeed the process and the steps how organized the information is informed and the moments and phases which belong to the description part is explained. The conceptions raise the experience, beeliefs, feelings, resources and referents which are very important in the accompaniment. The methodology marks critical analysis, route, valuation and decision making that develop autonomy and mental health. The practices corroborates that we need to acompany with tenderness and reflexive spaces that bring thinking and acting from their own contexts for better living conditions. Moreover they let persons be and together achieve the construction of collective projects. Finally, its when there are need to listen, clarity and understanding that we can make best decisions in order to solve the conflicts.
