dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación cuantitativa titulada “Autorregulación, flexibilidad mental, y habilidades sociales de estudiantes adolescentes del nivel secundaria”, tiene como objetivo determinar los niveles de cada variable y su relación. El tipo y diseño es descriptivo correlacional no experimental. La muestra está representada por 100 sujetos de ambos sexos, entre 12 y 17 años de edad, seleccionada mediante muestreo por criterio lógico e intencional. Los instrumentos utilizados son el test de clasificación de cartas de Wisconsin, test de colores y palabras de Stroop y el cuestionario de Habilidades Sociales (MINSA). El análisis de datos se realizó mediante el programa SPSS- prueba T de Student y el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson con prueba de significación bilateral. Los resultados indican que los estudiantes se encuentran en un nivel promedio en las tres variables, existen diferencias significativas según sexo para la variable de habilidades sociales, y se muestra una correlación significativa entre la flexibilidad mental y las habilidades sociales, y la autorregulación con el componente toma de decisiones.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present quantitative research entitled "Self-regulation, mental flexibility and social skills of secondary school teenage students" has as a target to determine the levels of each variable and their relationship. The type and design is descriptive correlational not experimental. The sample is represented by 100 subjects of both sexes, between 12 and 17 years old; it has been selected through sampling by logical and intentional criterion. The instruments used are the Wisconsin Card Classification Test, the Stroop Color and Words Test, and the Social Skills Questionnaire (MINSA). Data analysis was performed using the SPSS-Student's T-test and the Pearson's correlation coefficient with a bilateral significance test. The results indicate that the students are in an average level in the three variables, there are significant differences according to sex for the variable of social skills, and a significant correlation between mental flexibility and social skills is shown, and self-regulation with the component decision making.en
