Resumen
El proyecto de innovación educativa titulado “Gestionando una convivencia escolar y democrática adecuada entre los actores de la comunidad educativa de la IE Niña María de Iberia”, tuvo como objetivo
propiciarla participación de los diversos actores educativos: comunidad docente y estudiantes en espacios
de reflexión sobre el cumplimiento de las normas de convivencia ello favoreció en la identificación de
situaciones que no favorecían a su concreción lo que permitió buscar alternativas viables consensuadas.
La revisión del reglamento interno a través de mesas de trabajo y talleres con la comunidad docente y
padres de familia así como su difusión a todos los estudiantes en tutoría, permitió no solo su
conocimiento sino también el que se dieran pequeños reajustes, por tanto la prevención de situaciones de
violencia.
La participación en las diversas actividades por parte de la comunidad escolar desde la conformación de
comisiones, selección de actividades y la evaluación de las mismas favoreció a que todos se involucrasen
por lo que se propició el compañerismo, y mejora del clima escolar.
Las diversas acciones realizadas favorecieron a una adecuada convivencia como lo señalaba Chaux, et al.,
(2013), “cada escuela debe tener construidas participativamente políticas”
The educational innovation project entitled "Managing an adequate school and democratic coexistence among the actors of the educational community of the María Niña of Iberia", aimed to encourage the participation of the various educational actors: the teaching community and students in spaces of reflection on the fulfillment of the rules of coexistence, it favored the identification of situations that did not favor its concretion, which allowed for the search of viable, consensual alternatives. The revision of the internal regulations through work tables and workshops with the teaching community and parents as well as its dissemination to all the students in tutoring, allowed not only their knowledge but also the fact that there were small readjustments, therefore the prevention of situations of violence. Participation in the various activities by the school community from the establishment of commissions, selection of activities and evaluation of the same favored everyone to get involved so it fostered the camaraderie, and improved school climate.
