Ítem Acceso Abierto Estrategias de aprendizaje para la educación virtual en estudiantes de quinto de secundaria de una institución educativa particular en el contexto de Covid 19(Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya, 2022) Pomalaya Neyra, Diana Janet; Cavero Huapaya, Victoria MaríaThis study characterises the learning strategies for virtual education in fifth year secondary school students of a private educational institution in the context of Covid-19 in the province of Ica. A qualitative methodology with a phenomenological design was used. The information collected involved 10 fifth year secondary school students between 15 and 17 years of age, using semi-structured interviews. Three categories associated with learning strategies were found in the results. Organisation of information: includes coding of information, consisting of concept maps and summaries. Information processing support: divided into affective strategy being the support of the family and social environment in the learning process and social strategy that favours discussion, debate and analysis of ideas. Benefits of learning strategies: autonomous learning, greater understanding and organisation of information and better academic performance. Finally, they pointed out two categories to contextualise and understand the selection of such strategies as the difficulties in virtual education and its advantages. It is concluded that the learning strategies used by students respond to their learning needs and reveal the influence of context on their academic and emotional performance.
