Ítem Acceso Abierto El liderazgo pedagógico del equipo directivo en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, en una institución educativa de un distrito de la Región Callao(Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya, 2022) Flores Jiménez, Sara Lourdes; Montes Serrano, UrielThe objective of this research was to describe the pedagogical leadership of the management team in student learning, in an educational institution I.E., from a district in the Callao region. For this purpose, a sample was selected and made up of 20 teachers; 5 teachers who are members of the management team and 15 classroom teachers. All of them participated in a survey consisting of 27 closed questions, 8 demographic or location questions, and another 19 questions that inquired about the two research variables - independent variable: pedagogical leadership of the management team and dependent variable: student learning. As a secondary source, the review of documents containing the results of the ECE 2016, 2017 and 2019, applied by Ministry of education of Peru Minedu, was used, with these results tables were built in which the growth of learning achievements in Reading and Mathematics was reported, to contrast these results with those of the survey. The results of this study show the following: a) The management team’s pedagogical leadership has a significant impact on the students’ learning; b) The characteristic that stands out the most in the management team with pedagogical leadership of the I.E. is to be decisive 95%, followed by being democratic along with being dynamic 90%, and finally, being innovative 80% c) The management team does assume that learning is a right and an opportunity to learn to live in society, with frequencies in the categories of "always" and "almost always" above 80%. The general conclusion is that a management team with pedagogical leadership promotes learning that leads to the formation of democratic, participatory, innovative and tolerant citizens, in the information and communications society.
