La organización del espacio en el aula para fomentar un ambiente académico saludable en los niños y niñas 4 y 5 años en la Institución Educativa Intercultural Bilingüe-Inicial del Centro Poblado de Rebelde Huayrana - Andahuaylas - Apurímac (2022)

Resumen
El actual trabajo investigativo se trazó con el objetivo de Analizar la manera en que la organización del espacio didáctico, operativo y relacional en el aula de niños y niñas de 4 y 5 años en la institución educativa Intercultural Bilingüe-Inicial del centro poblado de Rebelde Huayrana - Andahuaylas –Apurímac (2022). Su metodología fue enfoque cualitativo, tipo básica, diseño no experimental, nivel explicativo descriptivo, método inductivo, la población estuvo conformada por 3 educadores y 20 niños entre 4 Y 5 años en la institución educativa Intercultural Bilingüe-Inicial del centro poblado de Rebelde Huayrana - Andahuaylas –Apurímac (2022). Como técnica se aplicó la entrevista, la observación y la fotografía. En los resultados se evidenció que los participantes indicaron que realizan la distribución por sectores, por ejemplo: hogar, construcción, cocina, música, pintura, entre otros, donde cada niño puede ubicarse en el que más se ajuste a sus intereses; sin embargo, es importante que el docente realice rotaciones cada cierto tiempo, de manera tal que los estudiantes desarrollen la capacidad de interactuar en diferentes ambientes. Además, se pudo evidenciar que el aula de clases no cumple con los requisitos mínimos de infraestructura poniendo en riesgo tanto a estudiantes como a profesores. El espacio físico es muy reducido, es decir, no posee las medidas apropiadas para la cantidad de niños. Por otro lado, carece de buena iluminación, la cual, al imitar la luz natural, no permite a los estudiantes lograr mejores resultados finales y mejorar la concentración. Igualmente, la ambientación es escasa, el mobiliario (mesas, sillas) es inadecuado y antiguo, no hay una buena distribución de los respectivos sectores (música, hogar, construcción, entre otros); este debe seleccionarse adecuadamente según el grupo de edad y las actividades de cada curso. Se concluyó que los ambientes académicos deben ser estimulantes, confortables, limpios con el fin de impulsar la seguridad emocional que todos necesitan para un aprendizaje exitoso.

Likewise, the atmosphere is scarce, the furniture (tables, chairs) is inadequate, old and there is no good distribution of the respective sectors (music, home, construction, among others); This must be selected appropriately according to the age group and the activities of each course. It was concluded that academic environments must be stimulating, comfortable, clean and promote the emotional security that everyone needs for successful learning.
