Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio ha sido recopilar información para describir percepciones y procesos para la mejora de las prácticas de gestión académica y las innovaciones pedagógicas en el Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público Fe y Alegría en el año 2019. Se usó la metodología de investigación cualitativa mediante entrevistas a directivos y docentes. Como resultado principal de la investigación realizada, se hallaron que el plan de estudios, el aprendizaje basado en proyectos, la innovación educativa, la reflexión educativa y el clima institucional están muy vinculados entre sí, en las mejoras de las prácticas de la gestión académica e innovación. Se concluye que la innovación es parte importante de la gestión académica, que promueve la cultura de cambios hacia nuevas propuestas en un clima de escucha a la comunidad educativa puesto en práctica, a través de alianzas y convenios con entidades institucionales, empresariales públicas, privadas, formales y no formales en su zona de influencia que moviliza, enriquece y desarrolla el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, docentes y la comunidad, así como el crecimiento institucional.
The objective of this study has been to collect information to describe perceptions, processes for the improvement of academic management practices and pedagogical innovations at the Fe y Alegría Public Technological Higher Education Institute in 2019. Qualitative research methodology was used through interviews with managers and teachers. As the main result of the research carried out, it was found that the curriculum, project-based learning, educational innovation, educational reflection and the institutional climate are closely linked to each other, in the improvements of academic management practices and innovation. It is concluded that innovation is an important part of academic management that promotes the culture of changes towards new proposals in a climate of listening to the educational community put into practice, through alliances and agreements with institutional entities, public, private, formal and non-formal businesses in its area of influence that mobilizes, enriches and develops the learning of students, teachers and the community, as well as institutional growth.
