Resumen
Las formas de relación entre los actores educativos en las escuelas rurales, durante la enseñanza y aprendizaje, es transcendental para lograr un aprendizaje propio y eficaz que, al mismo tiempo que desarrolle competencias, le permita al estudiante ser agente de cambio y mejora social para sus conciudadanos al sentirse parte de una comunidad. Por lo que, hace falta que los docentes concienticen a los agentes comunales para fomentar una escuela EIB. Por ello, se ha realizado una investigación que lleva por nombre “Las formas de relación de los actores educativos y su participación en el desarrollo de la EIB en una I.E.I del distrito de Quiscapuncu, Haquira, región Apurímac”. El objetivo principal fue describir las formas de relación entre los actores educativos y su participación en el desarrollo de la EIB en una I.E.I. El enfoque de la investigación es cualitativo con un tipo de investigación empírico de nivel descriptivo. Para obtener la información se utilizaron los instrumentos de entrevista y observación, los cuales se tomaron como muestra a los agentes educativos. Las conclusiones que se alcanzaron comprenden la participación de los actores educativos se desarrollan de diferentes formas y cada participación se toma en cuenta para fortalecer una identidad.
The forms of relationship between educational actors in rural schools, during the teaching and learning process, is transcendental to achieve proper and effective learning that, while developing skills, allows the student to be an agent of change and improvement. social for their fellow citizens to feel part of a community. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to make community agents aware to promote an EIB school. For this reason, the present research work entitled "The forms of relationship of the educational actors and their participation in the development of the EIB an I.E.I del distrito de Quiscapuncu - Haquira, Apurímac region". The main objective was to describe the forms of relationship between the educational actors and their participation in the development of the EIB in an I.E.I. The research approach is qualitative with a type of empirical research at a descriptive level. To obtain the information, the instruments of the interview and observation have been used, which were taken as a sample from the educational agents. The conclusions reached were that the participation of educational actors is developed in different ways and each participation is taken into account to strengthen an identity.
